In addition to being a member of the ORB, WESSEX INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Limited is a Living Wage Employer, a signatory to the United Nation\'s Principles of Responsible Investment and a member of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF). Whilst the six Principles of the UN\'s Principles are a voluntary and aspirational set of investment principles they help to emphasise the philosophy of the company.
We have developed our Active Wealth App for clients to help reduce the amount of paper sent via Royal Mail, ensure end to end encryption with our secure messaging facility and a safe depository for important documents. This is combined with the use of digital signatures for our client agreements and online questionnaires rather than paper based further reducing our reliance on paper and Royal Mail.
As an advisory investment company we have designed a range of portfolios for clients that are as sustainable and responsible as possible; we are able to clearly demonstrate what impact these portfolios have and thereby assist investors in reducing their own carbon footprints further.
We aim to answer 90% of all calls within 3 rings and respond to all queries within 72 hours. We continue to press the product providers with whom clients have investments and pensions to operate similarly in terms of response; unfortunately some are still taking up to 30 working days to respond.
Staff are encouraged to undertake and fully supported in continuing professional development; with three members of staff passing exam qualifications in the last 12 months.
