With 30 years in sales, starting out in recruitment and moving into leadership and business development over 20 years ago, I've led and trained teams across the UK, India and South Africa. I work mostly with start-ups, turnarounds and owner-managed SMEs, and I have a particular soft spot for female-founded businesses.

Whether I'm stepping in as your outsourced Sales Director, mentoring you one-to-one, or training your team through my Your Sales Strategy Programme, my approach stays the same: direct, practical, no fluff.
