* We have an open and inclusive environment where employees are always encouraged to speak their minds if anything is bothering them.
* We offer flexible working for our employees to help accommodate their schedule.
* As an office we recycle as much as possible. We currently separate recycling, food waste and general waste.
* We aim to create as little waste as possible throughout the office. This includes wasting paper and printing unnecessarily.
* We regularly get involved with the local Southend-on-Sea community. Our managing director recently collaborated with \'A Better Start Southend\' on an introduction to business course.
* We always operate with our clients at the forefront of our mind. We recently adjusted payment agreements to offer support to small and local businesses during the Coronavirus pandemic.
* Offering work experience to local students and job seekers to help gain valuable insight into the industry and give them much-needed experience for their CV.
* Making sure our services have complete transparency for the client with no hidden or surprise costs for them.
* Up-to-date, comprehensive staff handbook and health & safety policy.
