That same evidence feeds our Academy, turning real usage data into targeted training rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

The outcome: when a regulator (e.g., SRA, FCA, FRC, etc.) or a PI insurer asks how AI-assisted work was supervised, the answer isn't reconstructed after the fact. It's already there, evidenced and ready.

AISensa is an early-stage company, and honesty about that matters to us as much as anything we build. The risks we address are already real and documented, such as AI-fabricated citations reaching a High Court judge and an Upper Tribunal ruling on breached confidentiality.

Every AISensa client's baseline AI policy ships, from day one, with a dedicated clause treating bias, fairness and non-discriminatory outcomes as their own technical discipline, and not a generic risk tick-box, alongside a matching clause governing third-party and vendor AI risk, so the standards regarding choosing who to work with are built into the product every client receives.

AISensa is also deliberately not an employee-surveillance tool. It doesn't feed performance reviews or disciplinary decisions, and it never retains the raw prompt content behind any score. It does hold individual, named competency scorecards, but only to route the right person to the right training — evidence in service of capability, not oversight."

We apply the same discipline we ask of our clients to ourselves. Each year, we'll account publicly for how many firms received a fully-funded assessment and how many professionals came through the Academy.
