AAP has an ethos of transparency, timeliness, clear communication and value for money; we have been a member of the Organisation for Responsible Business since founding. We work in collaboration with different partners and groups, creating the right team for the project in hand, delivering on time and within budget. Practically speaking, we try to reduce our energy and resource usage within the office (duplex printing, minimising print-outs, recycled paper, sorting recycling materials for collection). We use local suppliers wherever possible for office materials, services, etc, or other smaller businesses (eg the accountancy services). We pay our bills promptly, as we understand the issues of cashflow for micro-businesses and where we can make further savings for our client, without damaging the work, we do so. We take probity and integity in the way we behave, work with others and generally run the business very seriously: we will not take work that conflicts with collaboration, transparency or unfair management styles. We have never put profit before the interests of our clients and maintaining our reputation, which is hard won and easily lost.
