Helping entrepreneurs discover how to enjoy their business so much, it makes their \'bits\' tingle.
Ultimately, the aim is to change the way that success is measured in business and that starts with helping business owners create something that works for them and brings joy instead of stress.
Through coaching, mentoring and peer-to-peer discussion groups the aim is to provide everything an owner needs in terms of business AND personal development to be successful (as per their definition) and enjoy the journey at the same time.
Every month, a donation is made to the local food bank based on numerous metrics:
- a percentage of income received
- every time someone listens to my podcast or downloads my book
- every time someone leaves a Google review
- every time I do a presentation or talk
- every time I hold an introductory 121 coaching session
- plus a number of other metrics specific to the business
As a business itself, we have moved away from physical meetings and are now about 90% online, thereby dramatically reducing travel requirements.
The ideology of the business is based on the Business Enjoyment model, part of which requires clients, members and connections to reflect on their current environment and what they can do to make improvements.
