We specialise in steel frame buildings using hot rolled and cold rolled steel. Construction can be complicated, but at Carnegie Group we keep it refreshingly simple and straightforward.

Employee engagement - Investing in skills and the development of our diverse

and inclusive workforce enhances our team’s experience and value. In the past two years we’ve had zero staff turnover.

Examples:

• Ran NeuroNinja development workshops with Action Your Potential

• Invested in leadership training for Jeremy Ali (Architect) so he can lead our new RIBA-certified architectural service.

• Supported team members such as Danny Campbell (Site Manager) who has attained 13 professional qualifications over his first two years.

• Created a role for Mulla Arun as Head of Estimating and Project Management after she came to us in October 2023 in the final year of her Masters in Construction Engineering Management.

Health & Safety

Putting our staff, clients and subcontractors first - As part of our people-first approach, we make the health and safety of the teams working on our sites together within our office, a top priority.

• Our Health and Safety Department are guided by our Health and Safety Construction consultants – visiting sites and advising accordingly.

• Each project has a dedicated project manager and site manager to ensure Health and Safety Policies are being adhered to.

• We rigidly follow the relevant regulations right through from site preparation, demolition, groundwork and construction.

• Our accreditations include Constructionline and CHAS, adding to the peace of mind that is built into our customer service.

Construction the responsible way

We believe all modern major projects in our industry must embrace sustainable construction principles. Also, we use a local supply chain where possible.

• At every stage of any project, we work closely with our clients to ensure their new structures are as environmentally friendly as possible.

• We always strive to create buildings that are capable of minimising energy consumption throughout their lifecycle.

• We promote material recycling - both during the construction process and in the adaptability of the buildings that we deliver.
