Certified Coach (ILM) & Mentor (ABM). Masters qualified and an elected fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce.

I am a coach who takes a systemic approach to my work with SMEs. Starting with leadership followed by team development and operational/systems improvements. My focus is on personal development to help businesses ~ from solo founders to SME business owners ~ build confidence, find purpose, and contribute towards a sustainable future for all.

I am a DISC practitioner for personal development & teams management.

Working in collaboration with business programmes and sustainability organisations is a large part my work. Clients include:

Our Social and Environmental Activities

I am a facilitator with Small99 offering startup Net0 carbon measurement and reduction plans, as well as a coach with The Sustainable Business Alliance and Facilitator with Sustainable Pathways who offer CPD Sustainability workshops. I offer a barter system for my services where people have services I need / products I require, donate my time via local initiatives such as Project Abundance run via a local community garden and am working towards becoming an accredited advisor with Future Fit Business. I am also Carbon Literate. I volunteer as a mentor and coach with the Government Help To Grow - always focussing on sustainable business models, The British and Intellectual Property Centre and Allia Future Business Centre.
