At Electric Peach, we're passionate about the power of business to drive positive change and are committed to walking our talk across all areas of our business.
We donate 10% of our profits to organisations we believe in, are B1G1 members and implement a buy one give one ethos into business interactions. We're a B Corp with a score of 107 and exclusively work with social enterprises, responsible businesses and other B Corps dedicated to being a force for good.
We calculate and offset our carbon emissions to ensure we're a positive carbon workforce, support the regeneration of mangroves and responsible forest regeneration, subsidise our teams for green energy in their homes and run a paperless operation. All events we manage are also highly considered in terms of their impact both environmentally and socially.
Our team all have 100% flexible working, unlimited holiday, and regular paid volunteer days. Our CEO is also a business mentor with Enterprise Nation and sits on the board of trustees for a lived experience recovery charity.
