Enact’s approach is founded on experiential learning. We employ a dynamic mix of dramatised material, both live with professional actors, through virtual livestream workshops and in digital video, along with high levels of participation and interaction to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Participants tell us how highly they rated their experience with Enact and how much they had learned as a result, while follow-up surveys have demonstrated that it has made a positive difference to behaviour. We call it ‘learning into action’ because this sums up how we go about training and learning development – dramatically bringing concepts and skills to life to give participants a life changing experience.
