Finding Your Haven Limited

Company Profile
Finding Your Haven helps adults break free from unhelpful patterns around food, stress, anxiety, confidence, and emotional wellbeing through practical, client-centred coaching and therapeutic support.
I work primarily with women who have spent years struggling with dieting, emotional eating, self-criticism, or feeling stuck despite their best efforts. Services include one-to-one coaching, Havening Techniques®, EFT (tapping), NLP, hypnosis, and specialist programmes such as The Dieting Mindset Rewrite. My approach focuses on helping clients understand and change the underlying patterns that drive behaviour, creating lasting change without shame, blame, or willpower battles.
Clients often report feeling calmer, more confident, less overwhelmed by cravings and emotional triggers, and better able to make choices that support their wellbeing.
Founded by Sue Hill, Finding Your Haven is led by a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner Trainer and qualified practitioner in multiple evidence-informed change modalities, with extensive experience supporting adults through meaningful personal transformation.
Our Social and Environmental Activities
Finding Your Haven is committed to operating responsibly in ways that are practical, measurable, and relevant to a small business. Wherever possible, services are delivered online, reducing travel and associated emissions while making support more accessible to clients across the UK. Digital systems are used for client communication, record keeping, training materials, and administration, significantly reducing paper consumption.
Social responsibility is embedded in the way services are delivered. Clients are treated with dignity, respect, and inclusivity, with a strong focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental environment. Programmes are designed to be accessible to people who have often felt overlooked, blamed, or unsupported by traditional approaches.
Progress is reviewed through regular client feedback, programme evaluations, and ongoing professional development to ensure services remain effective, ethical, and client-focused.
Over the coming year, Finding Your Haven aims to increase the availability of educational content and low-cost resources, making evidence-informed wellbeing support accessible to a wider audience while maintaining high standards of professional practice.
