KHANDID STUDIO is a creative laboratory and consultancy helping freelancers, micro-businesses and SMEs move beyond sustainability-as-usual into regenerative, nature-centric ways of working.

Led by Khandiz Joni, the studio supports leaders and teams with strategy, facilitation, sustainability implementation and systems design. Services include gamified strategy facilitation, sustainability training and delivery, carbon management and reporting, ethical digital ecosystem co-design, and low-carbon WordPress web design.

Working across creative industries, beauty, manufacturing, healthcare, public-sector supply chains, social innovation and community projects, KHANDID STUDIO helps clients make sense of complexity, align decisions with environmental and social impact, and translate intent into practical action. The approach combines systems thinking, visual and play-based methods, sustainability practice and insights from living systems. Outcomes include clearer strategy, healthier workflows, stronger team alignment, improved reporting and more confident sustainability decision-making.

Khandiz brings over 20 years of cross-disciplinary experience, a Level 7 Diploma in Sustainable Business Practice from ISEP, Chartered Environmentalist status, a CISL certificate in Sustainable Business Leadership, Carbon Management certification and is a 2025 Bio-Leadership Fellow.

One of the core experiments at KHANDID STUDIO has led to the development of REGENASYST, which helps organisations make better decisions through shared, reflective and playful sense-making tools.

I run KHANDID STUDIO from a home-based office powered by 100% clean energy. I minimise travel wherever possible and prioritise public transport when travel is necessary.

I reduce environmental impact through low-waste working practices, thoughtful digital workflows and values-led purchasing. I choose suppliers and collaborators who demonstrate a clear commitment to social and environmental impact, something I have prioritised in my work for well over a decade.

As a solopreneur, I no longer measure and report annual carbon emissions formally for KHANDID STUDIO, as the time and complexity involved are disproportionate to the direct impact of my business. As an experienced sustainability consultant and carbon accountant, this is a considered decision. I focus instead on practical action, including volunteering in my local community and supporting regenerative work where my skills can add meaningful value.

I review the projects I take on using a regenerative project-fit and capacity checker I developed, helping me assess alignment, impact and available energy before committing.

Over the coming year, I will continue refining this tool and using it to guide more intentional, regenerative business decisions.
