We understand this may be the first time you have allowed an outsider to come in, so we are fully sensitive to that. We will meet with you and your staff and get to know your business, how it works, and what it stands for.

Our business activities include a wide range of activities to support our people and planet as well as try to be a business for good.
People:
We utilise a system called BreatheHR. This allows us to provide visibility for holidays, performance, sickness and everything else you might need from an HR System. It allows us to capture our one-to-one reviews and business goals in one place to enable visibility.
Our consultants have flexible contracts with us and are used to providing specialist support when needed. We don't charge retainers or keep people on the books with no work, cash flow is our nemesis but we don't want to be paid for just being on the books, we want to add value!
Our supply chain as a consultancy firm is tiny; we don't print anything out and use cloud storage but have a retention period for as long as we need the work. If a contract finishes we delete the client's work if requested on their site. Most of the time we work on client cloud sites rather than our own so the work is saved on their sites rather than duplicated.
Business:
Our equipment is refurbished and we recycle this back into known recycling sites so that others can get the benefit or they can be reused for new.
We have switched our bank from Lloyds bank to The Co-operative Business Bank placing our money into green projects. see https://bank.green/
We evaluate our footprint and work online where possible. The days of having a desk on a client site is long gone and we look to consolidate trips if we do have to travel.
We have legally changed our Articles of Association to be Planet over Profit. We are currently preparing our 2023-2024 impact assessment and are proud of the journey we are on.
Internet contributes to 3.7% of global carbon emissions, more than aviation.

We sponsored the first Excellence in environmental sustainability award with the BQF open to anyone to submit an entry and a Judge for 2023. We continue to sponsor this award for 2024 and actively encourage people to celebrate their journeys.
