Seonaidh Jamieson Coaching & Consulting

Company Profile

I am Seonaidh Jamieson. I provide practical, grounded business coaching for capable, creative business owners with full lives, busy minds, and (often) unconventional businesses. I trade as Seonaidh Jamieson Coaching & Consulting.

I help service based business owners who are facing overwhelm, overthinking, inconsistent action, business change, chronic illness, and other real life stressors. We will look at the whole picture - you, your business, and your life - so everything we do is grounded in reality, accessible, achievable, and aligned with your long term goals and priorities. We will focus on the areas that most need support and turn complexity into clear, realistic next steps to grow your business sustainably (for you and the planet).

I am an IAPCM accredited coach, Level 6 Business Growth Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, with more than 10 years’ experience running service-based businesses and over 750 past coaching clients.

Our Social and Environmental Activities

As well as running my own business responsibly, Seonaidh Jamieson Coaching & Consulting is geared towards sustainable, responsible business operations for my clients. My clients are all building commercially sustainable companies that support their wellbeing and that of their clients, reflects their real life circumstances, and creates wider benefits to the world around them. While my clients vary widely, I only work with businesses who want to leave the world and society better than they found it.

In my own business, I deliver coaching online to reduce travel and physical resources needed. As an online business I'm mindful of the impact of my online systems, and always looking to move to greener hosting where possible.

In every coaching relationship, I encourage realistic, sustainable ways of working. I stand against growth at any cost and make space for my clients to prioritise their health, relationships, and financial security. I actively consider factors such as disability, neurodivergence, chronic illness, burnout prevention and recovery, caring responsibilities, and other real-life stressors when working with my clients. Everything I do is designed to be appropriate for the person in front of me, not adhering to a standard model of growth and success that may not fit.

My custom coaching framework supports this responsible approach by considering three interconnected areas: the client’s environment, their business and the business owner themselves. Alongside commercial topics like offers, systems, sales and marketing, we assess and track energy, stress, and cognitive load. A business is not sustainable or responsible if it only runs at the expense of the business owner!

I review the impact of my work through regular coaching conversations, client assessment, and progress against agreed goals. I continually reflect on the accessibility and flexibility in my services, and regularly make updates to reflect new information, tools, or constraints mentioned by clients.

Over the coming year, Seonaidh Jamieson Coaching & Consultancy will be collecting baseline data on clients and the outcomes of our work together so I can get an idea of where I am right now. I want to reflect on where my business operations are strong, and what needs attention to increase accessibility, inclusivity and impact, and I want to ensure I have the right data to make those decisions responsibly!
