TWI may be small, but we pack a punch when it comes to our culture, winning the Leadership Award at the 2020/21 Business Culture Awards (up against major international brands), and our founder Kate recognised by the National Enterprise Network in its 2020 awards as 'Enterprise Champion.' Kate has worked with the Colchester Business Enterprise Agency (Colbea) for 17 years, and was appointed as a non-executive board director in 2019. Kate is also an ambassador for the Institute of Directors in Suffolk.
In the community you'll find us mentoring and sponsoring students, supporting local causes, running free training sessions for school and university students and getting hands on to support the causes we care about.
