Company Profile

I want to help people find a balance, a fulfilled life of inner contentment, to be the best version of themselves they can be, to reach their potential. I am interested in empowering other women who, like I have, strive to be less anxious and more resilient. We do not always give ourselves time to reflect and there's magic that can come from coaching conversations - to clarify where you are in life, gain a clearer sense of who you are, understand your values and align actions to them.

Our Social and Environmental Activities

Here are my consumer eco credentials when it comes to transport:

I share a car with my husband and, much of the time, work from home.

I wait for shopping trips until I have at least two errands to further minimise car use.

In non-COVID times, I am aware of the need to minimise air travel by avoiding multiple short contracts.

Here are my eco credentials when it comes to home energy use:

Rather than turn the heating up, on cool days, I wear a woolly pully and have a throw over my knees.

Here are my eco credentials when it comes to food:

I buy Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance products where possible and have a largely plant-based diet.

Here are my eco credentials in addition to our local authority recycling:

- I minimise the need for single use plastic with wax food covers, by getting my vegetables from Cambridge Organics unpackaged range and buying household supplies such as cereals and cleaning products loose.

- I re-purpose card and fabric items

- I compost raw food waste

In terms of ethics, I follow the Association for Coaching Global Code of Ethics and have Professional Indemnity Insurance. I am proud to say that as a coach, all I do is rooted in my values of justice and nurturing and that I play a part in working towards a more ethical society.

I take responsibility for my development as a coach through client feedback, reflective practice, supervision and attending training events.

I am a trustee of our the Reading Room in my village and am involved in community projects including Cinema Club, walks, quizzes, litter picking and the telephone book exchange and have been involved in the Parish Nurse Project locally.

I volunteer with the Cambridge Refugee Resettlement Council.
