ZerosZone Ltd supports SMEs with the transition to net zero to reduce their environmental impact. We are building a platform that will help to raise awareness and promote opportunities to enable SMEs to invest in sustainable business solutions.
Key features of the platform include:
1. A marketplace - connecting SMEs to solutions for carbon reduction challenges. This will be organized around key activities: plug in, make and use, heat or cool, mobility
2. Signposting - to grants, loans and other forms of support that reduce the costs of solutions. With expert guidance including carbon reduction assurance schemes
3. Blogs- to build a community for mutual support and share best practice.
Partnership
We are keen to work with a range of strategic partners for mutual benefit and aim to grow the marketplace for SMEs through local partnerships, increasing the availability of affordable solutions.
Zeros Zone Ltd is a purpose driven company and what we provide is intrinsically linked our values – we exist to support the local community and have a positive environmental impact. Our business model is based on circular economy principles.
In terms of our internal company operations, we volunteer with community gardening groups, speak at local schools, and provide local businesses with advice and support. We advocate for sustainable growth and social inclusion.
We favour active travel (walking or cycling) wherever possible as well as using public transport.
To codify our environmental commitment, we are currently working towards ISO 14001 accreditation.
